  I was scared to book after seeing all these reviews but I loved it! The lady at the front desk was lovely and my therapist Alex was just divine. I had a facial and found it very relaxing.

  There is nothing worse than going for what you hope will be a relaxing facial and just getting the massive sell to buy overpriced products, book more appointments or have additional treatments you weren’t intending. What was meant to be a 50 minute facial was probably only 30 mins with all the sales tactics taking up the rest of the time. The facial itself was ok but not amazing. When I gave feedback to the salon they weren’t bothered.

  I really love Endota's atmosphere, Paddington in particular offers a really good range of services. With each visit I have noticed all their therapists are well trained, they always manage to be improving in their technique and approach to cliental "hence why I am a regular"
